A couple about to be married come to view an empty flat with the intention of it becoming their marital home. She loves it but he has excuses why it wouldn't be suitable. Meanwhile the last couple who rented it have come back as ghosts after they accidentally died there, with the help of an ex-neighbour they convince them it will be perfect for them.
